We do not provide phone or video call support. However, we offer online support services to all merchants who use our theme, free of charge. You can contact our support team through this link and submit a ticket on our website. Also please make sure to select the relevant theme- Yuva or Fame for the related concern.

When contacting us, please include relevant details such as your .myshopify.com URL (including your password if your shop is locked) and any snapshots or videos that may assist us in resolving your query promptly. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to helping you.

Response time

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, but please allow for 1 to 2 working days for a response. Our support team is based in the India (IST timezone) and is available during standard office hours from Monday to Friday (9am - 6:30pm).

Out of scope support

Our support team is available to assist with queries related to theme functionality, as well as provide guidance on how to configure theme settings and address any bugs or theme-related issues that may arise.

Please note that our support services do not extend to issues caused by third-party plugins or Shopify apps, or those resulting from modifications made to the original theme code by the merchant or another developer. In these cases, we will do our best to direct you to the most appropriate support source for your query, including third-party providers or the Shopify Admin space.

We also cannot provide in-depth troubleshooting help for complex or advanced code customizations, or errors resulting from custom code work. Our primary focus is to support merchants with bug fixes and upgrades as part of the Shark theme.
