# Featured content ### Configure the section Go to **Customize theme**. Click the dropdown menu at the top and select the **Home page** template. From the left side menu, select **Featured content.** Customize this section by using the setting on the right side of the theme editor, as described in the following table:


Section visibility	Select from the options to select the visibility of this section: -Always -Small devices only(On selecting this, the section will be visible on mobile devices only.) -Large devices only
Tag	Add tag text.
Heading	Add heading text. (Note: Wrap your text between [ ] to add the markers. For example, This [marker] will underline marker text.)
Marker text highlight style	Select from the available list of options to determine the highlight style.
Highlight background	Choose from Gradient or Solid to determine the background style of the hightlighted text.
Heading size	Select the heading size from the H1-H6 options.
Heading tag	Specify heading code types from H1-H6 for SEO and search engines for crawling purposes.
Description	Enter the description text.
Button	Text Add text to display as button text. Link Add URL to redirect button. Size Choose from Small, Medium or Large to determine the button size.
Colors	Color scheme Select the color scheme from the given options; -Primary -Secondary -Tertiary -Quaternary etc. Note: These can be managed from Theme settings> color schemes. Enable gradient Select this checkbox to show the gradient in the background color. This can be selected from theme settings> color schemes.
Section padding	Top spacing (desktop) Adjust the range bar to add spacing at the top of the section for desktop view. Bottom spacing (desktop) Adjust the range bar to add spacing at the bottom of the section for desktop view. Top spacing (mobile) Adjust the range bar to add spacing at the top of the section for mobile view. Bottom spacing (mobile) Adjust the range bar to add spacing at the bottom of the section for mobile view.

**Block settings: Featured media**


Subheading	Enter any number.
Heading	Add heading text. (Note: Wrap your text between [ ] to add the markers. For example, This [marker] will underline marker text.)
Heading size	Select the heading size from the H1-H6 options.
Heading tag	Specify heading code types from H1-H6 for SEO and search engines for crawling purposes.
Featured tags	Wrap your text between [ ] to change the text into tags. For e.g: [Featured tag1][Featured tag2]
Description	Enter the description text.
Media	Image Choose any image from the gallery. Video Choose any video from the gallery.
Countdown	Text Enter any text. End date Enter a date. The end date must be set to a future date and include the following format: MM/DD/YYYY Example: 01/01/2025.
Button	Text Add text to display as button text. Link Add URL to redirect button. Show button as link Select this checkbox to show button as a link.

**Block settings: Collection**


Collection	Choose any collection.
Image	Choose any custom image for the collection. This image overrides the collection's featured image.
Title	Enter the collection's custom title. It will replace the selected collection title.
Featured tags	Wrap your text between [ ] to change the text into tags. For e.g: [Featured tag1][Featured tag2]
Countdown	Text Enter any text. End date Enter a date. The end date must be set to a future date and include the following format: MM/DD/YYYY Example: 01/01/2025.
Button	Text Add text to display as button text. This button redirects to the selected collection. Show button as link Select this checkbox to show button as a link.
