In member section you can see all customers list whose are purchase the membership of your store. In these list you can see the customer name, email and "view details" button.

Click on the Members tab.
Click on the View details link next to the member that you want to view.
This will open a new page with the member's details, including their name, email address, membership plan, subscription status, and purchase history.
In this page you can do upgrade, downgrade and cancel the member plan purchased by a customer. To upgrade/downgrade or pause a customer's membership plan, simply click on the Upgrade /Downgrade or Pause button.
To cancel a customer's membership plan, click on the Cancel button. Then you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the customer's plan. In this admin can also Update the payment method of a customer and Skip their upcoming membership payments.
