# Announcement bar

### Configure the announcement bar

Select the customize theme option. Click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page to select the **Home page** template**.**

From the left side menu, select the **Announcement bar.**

Customize the section by utilizing the settings on the right side of the theme editor, as described below:

These colors can be managed in the assigned color scheme.<br><br><strong>Container width</strong><br>Choose the container width from following options:<br>- Edges gap<br>- Small<br><br><strong>Announcement bar visibility</strong><br>Select the options to show the announcement bar on:<br>- None<br>- Home page only<br>- All pages<br><br><strong>Enable border bottom</strong><br>Select the checkbox to enable the bottom border.</td></tr><tr><td>Slides</td><td><strong>Auto-rotate</strong><br>Select the checkbox to enable the auto-rotation of the announcements.<br><br><strong>Change slides every</strong><br>Adjust the range bar to set the auto rotation speed of announcements.</td></tr><tr><td>Desktop settings</td><td><strong>Show social media icons</strong><br>Select the checkbox to show the social media icons.<br><em>(Note: To showcase your social media profiles, please link them in the social media settings under the theme settings.)</em><br><br><strong>Icon style</strong><br>Choose the icons style from following options:<br>- Solid<br>- Outline<br><br><strong>Show language and location</strong><br>Select the checkbox to show the language and currency details.<br><em>(Note: To display either the language or location (currency), navigate to theme settings > Internationalization, and select the desired option.)</em></td></tr></tbody></table>
